How the morning runs

We start off at 9am with 30min of mat Pilates, with a focus on pelvis preparation for vaginal delivery, pelvic floor opening/ stretching and general mobility.

A light breakfast of fresh fruit, homemade granola and yoghurt is provided, as well as coffee and tea. Be sure to let us know of any dietary requirements.

We then create a women’s circle, where a presentation and discussion is held. We want this to be conversational, and encourage you to be curious and ask questions.

At the completion of the morning you should be feeling confident in your body, well informed and ready to complete your own birth preparation.
