Our foundations first program is specially developed to support and assist you in returning to exercise postpartum.

The full program is run over a 5 week block, with options for online only or a hybrid of online and face to face.

Each block of 5 weeks lines up with the school terms. Eg. weeks 1-5 and weeks 6-10. You’re not able to join a block which has already commenced.

What You’ll Learn


What your pelvic floor is and how to active it correctly.

Learn how to communicate with clarity, confidence, and purpose. This course explores active listening, tone, body language, and message delivery for stronger, more impactful connections.


Weekly guided exercise sessions.

2x guided exercise sessions per week ranging from 10-20mins each, focussed on technique, cueing and incorporating a variety of styles of exercise. Mostly need no to very little equipment.


Common issues/ concerns in the postpartum period

2x video education sessions per week (some weeks there’s more!) discussing common pelvic health concerns, what symptoms to look for and discussion around what might warrant further investigation with a women’s health physio.

Downloadable infographics/ education documents on ways to optimise your pelvic health and recovery are available every week, as well as links to resources and other platforms for even more assistance.


Laura will take you through what Birth Trauma is, how is might present itself in your body and what you can do about it. She guides you through a body scan to bring you back to your body when things are feeling a bit much.
