Pregnancy and Pelvic Floor Workshop. 2.5hr group class (max 10 participants).

Prepare your pelvis, pelvic floor and body for labour a delivery in our pregnancy and pelvic floor workshop. 30mins Pilates, brekkie, coffee/ tea and women’s circle to inform and empower you for labour.

Foundations First. 45min exercise class (max 4 people).

Return to exercise in a structure, guided small group environment, run by specialist pelvic floor physiotherapists. Graded 5 week exercise program with online component to compliment face to face.

Private Health Rebates are available at the time of payment. We recommend contacting your insurer prior to your appointment if you would like to know how much of your consult price they will cover.

If you have a care plan from your GP, Medicare will cover a portion of the consult cost, this is rebated after the full amount has been paid.
